Our delivery pricing is based on your rental subtotal and one-way driving distance from Hopper Event Rentals to your delivery address.

Orders of $50–$249

• FREE delivery within 15 driving miles
• $1.50 per additional driving mile beyond 15 miles

Orders of $250+

• FREE delivery within 30 driving miles
• $1.50 per additional driving mile beyond 30 miles

Orders under $50

• Delivery is still available!
• $1.50 per driving mile from our location to your delivery address

There is no minimum order requirement for delivery.

Delivery distance is calculated using the one-way driving distance from Hopper Event Rentals to your event address.

We use driving miles rather than a straight-line radius, so the actual road distance determines which free-delivery zone applies.

Your return trip is not included in the customer's delivery distance or delivery fee. We absorb the cost of returning to our location as part of our delivery service.

Your delivery fee is automatically calculated based on your event address during checkout, so you'll see the applicable delivery charge before completing your order.

Because our zones are based on actual driving distance rather than a circular radius, the boundaries follow the road network and may not look perfectly round.

The map should be used as a general guide. The delivery address entered at checkout determines the actual applicable delivery fee.

Yes!

Simply enter your event address during checkout and our system will automatically calculate the applicable delivery charge based on your order total and driving distance.

You'll see the delivery fee before you complete your order, so there are no surprise delivery charges after booking.

Yes. An adult must be present to receive your rental equipment.

A signature will be captured upon delivery confirming that the rental equipment was received.

Because the delivery requires a signature, we cannot leave rental equipment unattended unless an alternative arrangement has been specifically approved by Hopper Event Rentals in advance.

An adult must be present to receive and sign for your rental equipment. Our delivery team will wait up to 15 minutes after arrival for an authorized adult to become available.

If no one is available after 15 minutes:

• The delivery will be considered a missed delivery/no-show.
• A $50 no-show fee will apply.
• We may need to reschedule the delivery based on our availability.
• If the order cannot be rescheduled and is canceled as a result of the missed delivery, the security deposit will be forfeited.
• If a second delivery attempt is arranged, additional delivery charges may apply.

We'll always do our best to contact you before leaving. To avoid a missed delivery, please make sure an adult is available and that we've been provided with any necessary access instructions before your scheduled delivery.

We'll deliver your rentals to an accessible location at or near your event address.

Our standard delivery service includes transporting your rental equipment from our vehicle to a reasonably accessible drop-off location.

For the safety of our team and your rental equipment, we may not be able to accommodate locations requiring:

• Long-distance carries across a property
• Steep or difficult terrain
• Multiple flights of stairs
• Unsafe or restricted access
• Excessively narrow pathways
• Other unusually difficult delivery conditions

If your event location presents an unusually difficult access situation, please let us know before your delivery date.

Absolutely! We'll do our best to accommodate reasonable placement requests.

However, if a requested location requires substantially more time, labor, or difficult handling than a standard delivery, an Inconvenient Access Fee may apply.

We'll let you know about any applicable fee before delivery whenever reasonably possible.

Delivery times are scheduled according to our availability and the logistics of your event date.

We'll provide you with a delivery window whenever possible. Because we may have multiple deliveries and pickups scheduled throughout the day, exact delivery times cannot always be guaranteed.

For larger orders or events requiring special arrangements, we'll coordinate delivery details with you in advance.

We understand that outdoor events don't always go according to plan.

If severe weather, flooding, unsafe road conditions, or another circumstance makes delivery unsafe, Hopper Event Rentals reserves the right to delay, reschedule, or modify a delivery.

If weather affects your delivery, we'll communicate with you as soon as reasonably possible and work with you to find the best solution.

To help us provide a smooth delivery, please make sure:

• Your delivery address is accurate
• An adult is available to receive and sign for the rental
• Our delivery team has safe and reasonable access to the property
• Gates are unlocked or access instructions have been provided
• The delivery area is clear of obstacles
• You've informed us about stairs, elevators, long carries, or unusual access conditions

The more we know ahead of time, the smoother your delivery will be.

We may still be able to deliver to you!

For orders outside the included free-delivery zones, delivery is available at $1.50 per driving mile beyond the applicable free-delivery distance.

For example:

• $150 order • 20 driving miles
  • 15 miles are included → 5 additional miles × $1.50 = $7.50 delivery fee
• $300 order • 40 driving miles
  • 30 miles are included → 10 additional miles × $1.50 = $15 delivery fee

For exceptionally distant locations or deliveries requiring special arrangements, we may need to provide a custom quote.

Delivery fees are generally non-refundable once delivery has been attempted or completed.

If your order is canceled before delivery, any applicable refund will be handled according to our cancellation policy.
